Bernard Adebayo-Ige is a professional engineer, pastor, leadership coach, and philanthropist recognized for his contributions to community development, education, and values-based leadership. He serves as Senior Pastor of Winners Christian Church and as Principal and Managing Partner at Proscap Engineering & Energy Group in Corona, California.

A First Class Honors graduate in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Ilorin, with an M.Sc. in Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning from the University of London, Bernard has held leadership roles at Bristol-Myers Squibb, SUPERV ALU, and Southern California Edison. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in California and Pennsylvania.

Since 1989, Bernard’s ministry has spanned Lagos, London, and the United States, culminating in the establishment of Winners Christian Church in Corona. A member of the John Maxwell Team, he has led international initiatives in leadership and values transformation.

Through the Adebayo-Ige Foundation, Bernard advances educational development in Africa, funding scholarships, upgrading school infrastructure, and launching initiatives such as Significant
Impact to revitalize his high school alma mater. In Los Angeles, he serves as Chair of the Los Angeles Southwest College Foundation, supporting scholarships, programs, and initiatives that promote student success and social equity.
