Our Directors

Dr. Benedicta Lusk brings over 30 years of experience in management, consulting, and teaching across both traditional classroom settings and online platforms. Her professional background spans the public, defense, and commercial sectors, where she has achieved significant results in management and operations.

As a consultant, Dr. Lusk has advised a diverse range of clients—manufacturers, distributors, and service industry leaders—at both local and national levels. Her areas of expertise include organizational development, strategic planning, business assessment, structural optimization, strategic human resource management, leadership and team development, and process improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce redundancies.

Dr. Lusk has served on the Board of Directors at Inland Valley Economic Development, Women of Wilkenson, YGS Financial, The Legal Shop,  and other organizations over the past 20 years.

In academia, Dr. Lusk has taught at both CSU Fullerton and CSU Los Angeles, where she is recognized as Faculty Emeritus at the College of Business and Economics. Her courses have included Organizational Behavior, Team Leadership, Human Resource Management, Operations Management, Business Ethics, and Entrepreneurship. Since 2004, she has also taught in online MBA programs for the University of Wales, University of Cumbria, and York St. John University in the UK. Additionally, she has served as a guest lecturer at the Foreign Trade University in Vietnam for over a decade.

Dr. Lusk’s passion for mentoring future leaders and supporting organizational success has driven her research and teaching in the field of management. She is a recipient of multiple teaching awards, including Outstanding Faculty and All-Around Outstanding Faculty honors from California State University, Fullerton.
